The product

Developer education with an AI tutor, delivered while you build. It is not a university degree, not legal advice, not a job guarantee, and not a promise that generated code is yours to ship without thinking.

Your work

What you build in the lab is yours. When the desktop assistant ships, unpaid must not mean deleted (Standby). You are still responsible for what you put on the internet.

Acceptable use

Do not use Simon to harm people, steal, or dump other people’s data into a prompt. We can refuse service if you do.

Liability

The lab is provided as a preview. We do not warrant it will make you a professional engineer overnight. Nothing here limits rights you cannot sign away under Australian Consumer Law.
